All orders include:
- A unique and original high quality crystal trophy, designed for NYIFA® only
- A fully customized metal plaque, with black writing on a shiny golden background, including your name, the title of your project and your winning category
- A beautiful blue gift box, customized on your trophy
- A Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) with signature and hologram to certify that your trophy is original
- Shipping cost to your Country (custom duties NOT included and depending on your Country)
- Shipping insurance covering the entire value of the package
- If you send us a HQ picture of you holding your trophy, we will create a FREE graphic for you that we will share on our social media and website

Engraved in Italy!
We currently ship to European Union Countries, UK, Switzerland, USA and Canada. If your Country is not mentioned, reach out to us BEFORE ordering your trophy. Our trophies are engraved in Italy and will be shipped to you from Italy. Keep in mind that, depending on your Country, you may have to pay custom duties to receive your trophy.
After ordering your trophy, please send us an email, with the following details: 1. Texts (if you have any specific requirements for customization of the plate). We’ll send you the graphic draft of the customized plate so that you can check it out and approve it. 2. Full shipping address, including phone number (P.O. Boxes are NOT accepted). 3. Receipt from PayPal. 4. Don’t forget to send us a HQ Squared Photo of you holding your trophy, when you receive it!
DELIVERY TIMES: Orders confirmed by the 8th of the month, will be ready for shipping by the end of the same month. Orders confirmed after the 8th of the month will be ready for shipping by the end of the following month. Practical examples: Design confirmed by January 8th – Trophy ready for shipping by January 31st. Design confirmed on January 9th – Trophy ready for shipping by February 28th.

Tracking number: Your tracking number will be sent directly to your PayPal account, when the parcel is picked up by the delivery service.
NOTE: If you have any problems with your trophy, you MUST reach out to us within two days after receiving your parcel. If don’t reach out to us within two days, we won’t be able to help you.
Our trophies are handcrafted with deep care, however some slight differences in color, shapes, positioning may occur from time to time, but are not to be considered manufacturing flaws.
